With reference to the above, I submit to state that 5 students are nominated
from our institute to participate in the 21st Agri Unifest at University of Agricultural
Sciences, Bangalore from 13.03.2023 to 17.03.2023. In this regard, the necessary
arrangements need to be made for the students to participate in the competition. I
request that a sum of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand and four hundred only)
may be paid as advance from the ECA account to meet the expenses. Adjustment
bills will be submitted later.
