With reference to the above, I submit to state that 12 students are nominated
from our institute to participate in the TNJFU Sports team selection at Fisheries
College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi for XXV All India Agri Meet 2023 on
24.01.2023. In this regard, the necessary arrangements need to be made for the
students to participate in the competition. I request that a sum of Rs. 15,400/-
(Rupees fifteen thousand and four hundred only) may be paid as advance from the
ECA account to meet the expenses. Adjustment bills will be submitted later.
