The internship opportunity we had with CENTRAL RAILWAY WORK SHOPS, SOUTH WESTERN
RAILWAYS, MYSURU was a great chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, we
consider ourselves as a very lucky individual as we were provided with an opportunity to be a part of it.
We are also grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led
us though this internship period.
Firstly, we would like to thank Mr. R. Basavalingappa, Senior Section Engineer Central Workshop
SSE/WBTI/MYSS forguiding us through our journey in Industry by providing valuable information, inputs and
encouraging us throughout our internship. Finally, we would like to thank all the operators in Work Shop, CBR
shop and for helping in completion of our assigned task and providing necessary information.

I am grateful to management and our institute COORG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY with its very
ideals and inspiration for having provided me with the facilities, which made this, work a success.

I express my sincere gratitude to Dr. M Basavaraj, Principal, COORG INSTITUTE OF

TECHNOLOGY for their support and encouragement.

I would like to express my profound and cordial gratitude to the Internship Co-Ordinator, Mrs. Aravind
Appanna Associate Professor, for her meticulous planning, scheduling and facilitating smooth conduct

 ABSTARCT

We are very happy to submit this training report which is prepared in connection with Internship
training CENTRAL RAILWAY WORK SHOPS, SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAYS,MYSURU
from 01-09-2022 to 30-09-2022. We would like to express our since thanks to management of
CENTRAL RAILWAY WORKSHOPS, SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAYS, MYSURU for allowing
us to have industrial training here and we are very thankful for the opportunity.

We wish to express our deep sense of gratitude to all the staffs and executive of CENTRAL
RAILWAY WORKSHOPS, SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAYS, MYSURU who helped us in updating
the technical points through demonstration and length discussion
