1. Mission Statement
ClimeSet's mission is to educate and empower young people to take action on climate
change through innovative STEM-based programs, monthly story magazine editions,
community clusters, and outreach initiatives.

2. Program Goals
ClimeSet aims to achieve the following program goals:
- Inspire young people to become environmental advocates and leaders
- Increase awareness and understanding of climate change and its impact on the
planet
- Foster skills in STEM and entrepreneurship that can be applied to addressing
environmental challenges
- Harness the power of storytelling to create a global changemaking movement

3. Target Audience
ClimeSet's target audience is primarily young people aged 11-25. Our programs are
designed to reach students in high schools and colleges, as well as youth groups and
community organizations.

4. Program Components
ClimeSet's program includes the following components:

- STEM training bootcamp: A program that provides young people with the
knowledge, skills, and tools to identify and address local environmental challenges
through their own initiatives and projects.
- Outreach program: A program that visits schools and community organizations to
provide education and resources on climate change and environmental sustainability.
- Community engagement events/clusters: Public events that bring together local
residents, activists, and experts to raise awareness and inspire action on climate
change.
- Magazine publication: An annual publication that features stories and artwork from
young people around the world on climate change and action.

5. Implementation
ClimeSet's programs are implemented through a team of dedicated volunteers as well
as partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations. The organization
operates on a project-based model, with each program component designed and
implemented as a separate project with its own budget, timeline, and evaluation
metrics.

6. Evaluation and Monitoring


ClimeSet regularly monitors and evaluates its programs to ensure that they are
achieving their intended goals and reaching their target audience. Evaluation methods
include surveys, feedback forms, and metrics such as the number of schools visited,
students reached, and young people who take action in their communities.

7. Funding
ClimeSet is yet to be funded through a combination of grants, donations, and
sponsorships. The initiative shall be committed to financial transparency and regularly
reports on its funding sources and expenditures.

8. Non-Discrimination
ClimeSet does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity,
sexual orientation, age, or disability. The initiative is committed to creating a safe and
inclusive environment for all participants in its programs.

9. Conclusion
This policy document serves as a framework for the operations and activities of
ClimeSet. We will continuously review and update this policy document to ensure that
we operate in line with our goals, principles, and operational guidelines, and to respond
to the changing needs of our stakeholders and the environment.
