AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

2. That said motor vehicle was impounded and currently under the custody of Bulakan
Police Station;

3. That the said motor vehicle is the same motor vehicle impounded by Police Station in
connection with the case filed against __________ which is now pending before Regional Trial

3. That I utilized the said motorcycle as my source of income, and was never intended to be
used for any illegal purpose.

4. That the continued impounding of the said vehicle has impaired the my capacity to earn
and would further cause the motor vehicle’s deterioration;

5. That I undertake the delivery of the above-described motor vehicle to the Honorable
Court when needed in the course of the proceedings in relation to Criminal Cases
