Executive Summary

The purpose of this study is the feasibility of opening


the first-ever Japanese bath house in the province of Capiz.
It aims to provide customers with a relaxing, rejuvenating
atmosphere where all of their mind and body needs can be
met. The proposed name of our firm is “Onsento”. The word
“Onsen” derives from the Japanese term Hot springs providing
a zen ambience for guests to enjoy The word “sento”
literally implies as a bath house in Japanese providing the
service that we want to promote such as therapeutic massages
and etc. For easier access to the target customers, it will
be located at Brgy. Balucuan, Dao, Capiz. The business made
to offer services for health benefits such as better
circulation and increased energy, weight loss,
detoxification, cardiovascular health, improved immune
system, stress reduction and relaxation, and skin
beautification. It is supposedly good for people who are
looking for health, beauty and energy in their life. This
study indicates to promote bond within families and friends
as we provide relaxing and stress-free ambiance. The comfort
of our customers is our topmost priorities and provide the
best services as expected. This study aims to catch the
interest of people with our services being offered. Also, to
provide work for disabled individuals who are qualified and
have undergone training. This study will offer people a new

business idea, and introduce the process of establishing a
Bath House in Capiz. Some basic information will be given
through the plan, including the planning process, and
several marketing strategies. The research was carried out
by investigating the market in Dao.

the completion of this Feasibility Study. First, We give
thanks to God for protection and ability to do work. We give
deep thanks to the Professors and lecturers at the Bachelor
of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management, the
librarians, and other workers of the faculty of Filamer
Christian University. Our special and heartily thanks to our
supervisor, Mr. Marc Limjuco, who encouraged and directed
us. His challenges brought this work towards a completion.
It is with his supervision that this work came into
existence. For any faults we take full responsibility. We
are also deeply thankful to our informants. Their names
cannot be disclosed, but we want to acknowledge and
appreciate their help and transparency during our research.
Their information have helped us complete this study. We are
also thankful to our fellow students whose challenges and
productive critics, have provided new ideas to the work.
Furthermore, We also thank our families who encouraged us
