My grandmothers tastiest dish is
biryani.
She makes it on special occasions like
Eid.
The first step is to wash the rice and
strain it. Next, she cleans the chicken
and keeps it aside. Then, she starts
boiling the rie.
The next step is to start cooking the
chiken and add masalas to it. Once
the masalas are in the tastiest smell is
all around the kitchrn. Now chop
chills finely
in the chicken. Then check if rice is
soft then peal potatoes and cut them
in halves
let them boil and once boiled, place
potatoes in rice to keep them warm.
Allow all dishes to cool. Once all cool
dishes are cooled down get a large
pot and transfer rice and potatoes
into the pot and slowly mix the
chicken and masalas to the large pot
and mix carefully lastly sprinkle some
coriander.
