How to Make :
First, pour dark soy sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil into a small
bowl. Mix thoroughly, then set aside.
Put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan using medium heat. Add the eggs, then scrambled
occasionally until cooked. Remove the eggs and transfer them to a plate.
Add a little vegetable oil in the same pan, then add the wagyu. Grill the beef until charred
and cooked for about 3 minutes, then remove and combine to a plate containing eggs.
Put peas, carrots, onions and leeks. Sauté these ingredients until softened and the onion is
yellowish.
Add grated ginger and garlic, saute until fragrant for 30 seconds. Also add salt and pepper to
taste.
Put a plate of pera rice in the same pan. Stir, then pour soy sauce into your cooking, stirring
again for 1 minute.
Add the precooked beef and egg back and stir to mix well, then wait for them to cook.
Serve the fried rice into a bowl. The dishes are ready to be enjoyed.
