YOU FOUND ME

She was alone. Alone in life. Alone in the darkness. She never got to see the light of the world. She has nobody. Family abandoned her. She was
being molested. She was beaten. She wanted to give up life. She wanted death to come. She wanted to stop the suffering. She was tired. She
wanted to rest. She questions herself; Why heinous things happening to me? Why I am born into this atrocious world? Why I am suffering this
much? Do I deserve to anguish like this? Why not just dispatch me? Why do they do horrible things to me? Hope death will take me now. I
cannot abide through it all. I want to rest. Rest till I feel no longer tired. She no longer herself, emotions turned to stone. She didn’t feel anything
at all.
She was inside a room filled with darkness. She was taken by some gangsters, and they do the unholy to her body. Day and night, even when
she collapsed, they continue to play with her. They don’t have hearts, they are not human, they are devils. She was not the only victim who
experienced the things they do to her. Some of them died, cause of exhaustion, malnutrition, and some choked. She staring blankly at the
darkness when the door opened, a black figure came and lift her to drag outside the room. Legs became numbed as she was walking. When
they were heading to the car, she kicked the man at his groin, and run as fast as she could, away from that hellish jail. She heard gunshot makes
her shiver with fear but continue running away. She never look back, once she did, she will be back into that building again. She ran into the
wilderness, she didn’t care as long as she escape. The sky getting darker as a sign of rain. The wind breeze, trees waving at her, coldness
covers her but she didn’t feel it. Rain came as she keeps running. She was drenched but she never give up. Finally, she sees the road. Eyes with
no emotion, legs were numbed, she came out in the wilderness. However, she was hit by a car coming from the east. Darkness came over her
life. Rainy night became her savior, the night that changed her life, forever.
She is Berry Miles. She was only eight years old when her family abandoned her, one night. The parents can’t take the poverty any longer. They
decided to leave her that night. The young Berry was crying hysterically as she can’t find her parents. Someone hold her hand knowing it was her
father, but it was too late. From a young age, she experienced the cruelty of the world. The childhood was taken by the monsters. She never
experienced the beauty of the society, but hell. She became who she was now, a woman with no emotion. She groaned as she wanted to wake
up from darkness. She opened her eyes, white ceiling welcomes her. Light shines through her eyes. Tears started to fall, turn into weep. The
silence in the room filled with her sobbed. She thought the monsters taken her again, she clamorously cries. Suddenly, someone came inside the
room where she was, she never looked who it was for the thought it was the gangsters who taken her. “Hey, why are you crying?”, she heard
that makes her stopped crying. She can confirm that it wasn’t them, she looked to that someone, and it was a tall man standing far from her bed.
“You were unconscious for two days. The doctors need to further examine you for the bruises found in your body. They assumed you were
molested. But they want to be answered by you when you wake up.” Berry stares at the man blankly, as she circulating what he has said. “I’m
sorry, I hit you. You came out nowhere, luckily I stopped before I hit you big time. Are you okay? You were blankly staring at me.” She didn’t
answer. She was just staring like she doesn’t care. She didn’t know what to feel. There were no emotions that she feels. She closed her eyes to
let darkness consume her again.
The man who hit her was the CEO of Business Marketing. He was known as the young CEO who successfully became a billionaire at a young
age. He is Midnight Velazques. He is famous in the industry of business, but was feared of by most of the businessmen in the industry. He has a
meeting conference nearby where he encountered Berry. He was on his way to the meeting when the unexpected happened. He hurriedly went
to the nearest hospital when he decided to go to the city. He heard some gunshot coming through the wilderness, he assumed that the woman
was being chased out by some men out there. It has been two days since he helped the woman, they are in the hospital where he owns. He
looked at the woman filled with bruises all over her skin. Her body were pale, she was thin like she has never eaten for how many days. He
closed his eyes firmly and went outside the room. They were in the last floor of his hospital where it was privately use for them, or for his family.
He went to the rooftop to relax. After a while, he decided to go back to where she was admitted. He heard noise coming to the room where she
stays in, he opened the door and saw the woman crying like she was going to be killed by now. The woman stare at him blankly, he can’t never
read what on her mind. She shows no emotions at all. He tried to get an answer from her but firmly shut her mouth. He don’t want to scare her as
she was trembling with fear while the doctors try to examine her. No words came from her mouth but stares at them blankly. He told the doctors
to go out first. When the doctors went out, he noticed that the woman stopped trembling. He was far from her so that’s why. Maybe traumatic
from the past makes her tremble nonstop. He stayed where he was standing to prevent her from being scared. “Hi. My name is Midnight. Can
you tell me what yours?” still, no answer from her. He continue talking, “I know you’ve been through hell looking at the bruises in your body. I
know because I’ve been there but I think you experienced worst. I was abducted when I was young.” He sighed as he don’t know what he’s doing
in front of the woman. Why tell the nightmare he has experienced before? He shouldn’t be sharing his ugly past, but as he can see to the woman,
he knew she experienced it too but the worst.
