STAGES OF BUYER DECISION PROCESS

Problem Recognition:
The first step in the buyer decision process is identifying the need or
problem that the product (in this case, a laptop) is intended to solve.
I needed a new laptop due to the current one being outdated.

Information Search:
After recognizing the need for a new laptop, the next step is to gather
information about potential options.
I researched online by reading reviews of dell Laptops and comparing
different models and brands with it.

Evaluation of Alternatives:
Once you have gathered enough information about different laptop
options, it's time to evaluate them and compare them to each other
based on your specific needs and preferences.
I compared features, specs, price, and other factors of specific laptops
such as (HP INTEL CORE i5 and I-MAC) before finalizing my decision.

Purchase Decision:
After evaluating the alternatives, you will make a purchase decision
based on which laptop best meets your needs and budget.
I purchased my laptop directly from Dell industries.
Post-Purchase Evaluation:
After purchasing the laptop, you may evaluate your decision and the
product itself to determine if it meets your expectations and if there
are any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

I was very satisfied with my decision of purchasing my laptop from

Dell, the product was outstanding and I was happy with it.
