Mr. Bundoc initially opposed a tuition increase that would burden students, but his view changed after his wife benefited from an offer from Dr. Agao. Dr. Agao bribed Mrs. Bundoc to influence Mr. Bundoc's decision in a way that served Dr. Agao's personal interests rather than the organization. Though Mrs. Bundoc did not intend wrongdoing, she still played a role in the unethical decisions reached due to Dr. Agao's actions and her husband's subsequent change of view. The document emphasizes making decisions that benefit people rather than serving personal interests or relationships.

Francisco Bundoc is a person who has good intentions and he is
sympathetic to students. He knows what is right by understanding that not all students are capable to pay an additional tuition. It is right not to always agree to the leaders if we think that it is not acceptable decision. But later on, he had conflict of interest because her wife benefited from the offer of Dr. Agao. The conflict between their personal interest and to the organization decision made him wrong. His decision should not change just because they got something good. Doing the right thing and making the right decision that will benefit a lot of people is always the good thing to do. Maintaining a good relationship with the people in the organization is good, but stay honest and fair. The next person is Dr. Agao, he made a decision for his personal interest and befit. He bribed Mrs. Bundoc by befriending and offering a business that will give her a profit. His actions speaks that he is a kind of person that cannot accept a defeat and he used to be being followed. That kind of behavior will make a chaos and misunderstanding within the organization. It is unethical of him to make a move that will make Mr. Bundoc submit to his wishes. His behavior shows that he is not being fair and honest, he made a move behind the Board Members just to follow his personal intention. Last person is Mrs. Bundoc, she influenced Mr. Bundoc to become a person he is not used to be. She is like an accomplice to unethical behavior committed by the two men. She benefited to the offer of Dr. Agao and gain her personal profit from the offer. May be she doesn’t know the motive of Dr. Agao, so she is not directly unethical. But she became part of the unethical decision made by Dr. Agao and Mr. Bundoc. She is right to the part that she told her husband to maintain a good relationship with Dr. Agao, but not to the extent that they will make a wrong decision that will affect the students. In conclusion, learning the organizational behavior will help a person to be better and to do always the right decision.
