May 30 – June 30 Appeal Window Per State Board of Education rules,
an appeal can be submitted by
a parent or legal guardian to the
Department within fourteen (14)
calendar days of receipt of the
notice from the LEA or public charter
school that the student is identified
as at-risk for retention based on the
student achieving a performance
level rating of approaching on the
ELA portion of the student’s most
recent TCAP test.
June 7 All 3rd Grade ELA TCAP Retake Scores Reported Regardless of the district’s selected
dates for retake administration, all
districts will receive results of the
TCAP retake within 48 hours.
June 13 Summer Camp Post-test Opens Adequate growth calculations will be
