1. What is Manpower Safety?

Man power safety is the safe and healthy working environment of both temporary and
permanent employees. It goals is to reduce accidents at work because the well being of the
employees is of utmost importance.

2. What is the scope of prone accidents in Construction workplace? Explain.

The scopes of prone accidents in the construction workplace are the long working hours
may cause fatigue to the employees, improper living conditions that leads to improper working
conditions. These conditions can be easily identified if property is damage which accidents and
injuries may occur in the workplace.
3. What are the causes & effects of prone accidents in Construction workplace?
Causes of accidents in the workplace can sometimes be the fault of employees (human
cause), faulty working methods, and structural failures. And, the effects can be loss of life, loss
of time, and escalation of the projects cost.
4. What is the 4 ways to Ensure Safety?
The four ways to ensure safety in the workplace is designating a role designer, having a
safety program, appointing of safety officer, and provision of protective equipment’s (PPE) for
the employees.
5. What is PPE and what are essential PPE materials or equipment's?
Personal protective equipment or PPE is essential in a workplace to reduce and limit the
danger and hazards that might come in the workplace. This PPE must be designed and built
safely. Some examples of these PPE’s are gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes, and etc.

1. What is the purpose of construction report?

The purpose of construction report is to report back to the clients or investors the current
situation that is happening in the construction site. It is the tool for communicating the
progress and as well as a proof of the work that is completed.

2. How to prepare construction report?

In making a construction one should prepare a log about the general information about
your project, weather conditions, crew list, documentation on work accomplished,
tracking the equipment used on site and the construction materials, documenting delays
and incidents that happened.

3. 10 things you need to document on your construction daily report.

The 10 things that you need in documenting the daily construction report are the job
details, crew list, the weather conditions, work accomplished, log of site visitors,
equipment on sites, material quantities, material deliveries, potentials delaying of events,
and increase efficiency.

1. In your own understanding define what is construction field report.
Construction filed report is a document that contains insights on the currents situation
that is happening in the construction site it is drafted so that incase an event would occur
in the construction site the engineer involved has a proof of documentation on what
things happened during that time of the event.

2. Give at least 2 or 3 importance of construction field report and explain.

The importance of making a field construction report is that in constructing a project
involves many parties in which miscommunicating might occur and could cause delays
and costly errors for the project. Field report is also crucial in discussions and lawsuits
event because it is the proof of documentation of all the things that happened during
construction like problems and agreement between the client and the engineer.

3. What are the best practices in field reports?

The best practices used in field reports are itemizing the status and giving materials their
unique number, showing the locations of the items on the floor plan, adding details to
make items unambiguous, use of a checklist, and letting the clients know of the reports
after doing the site visits.
