DURING: FASTING PERIOD:

1. Vegetable Detox Smoothie


Ingredients
 1 medium sized Cucumber
 1 cup Spinach Leaves
 1 tsp Pink Salt
 Mint leaves (Podina k pattay)
 ½ tbsp. spoon Apple Cider Vinegar
 Pinch of Stevia or Artificial Sweetener as per taste
1 glass water or as required.
 DIRECTIONS
 Blend all ingredients well together.

Combine all ingredients and 2 cup of water in jar and mix well and drink

Beef/Chicken Steak w/ Steam Vegetables

Ingredients:
 200 g Beef steak [Raw]
 1 tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste
 Lemon Juice/Vinegar
 Spices of choice
 3 tbsp. butter (for frying steak)
 120g Green beans + Capsicum + Lettuce+ Onion)
 Medium Cucumber (1)
 Greek yogurt(50g)
Directions:
Marinade the beef with spices of choice, vinegar and ginger garlic. Grill the steak on non-stick
pan or grill pan. (Which you have available). Steam or boil the veggies. Add salt lemon and
pepper. You may use a different vegetable or use a combination of 2 or more vegetables
alongside your beef.

Mutton karahi
Mutton (boneless and lean): 200g
Onion: 1 medium
Garlic clove: 2.5g
Ginger paste: 4g
Tomatoes puree: 2 tbsp

Directions
Fry onion, ginger paste and garlic until soft. Add mutton and cook for 20 minutes then add
tomatoes, water and coriander. Continue cooking until mutton is tender. Season and garnish with
your favorite herbs!
OR
Qeema gobi/kaddu/tori/Shimla mirch:

200g chicken qeema or 200g mutton


100g karailay/kaddu/tori/Shimla mirch/gobi
30g onion
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp.
Pink salt to taste
Red chili powder as per taste
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Butter/desi ghee/olive oil/coconut oil: 1tbsp. for cooking
Butter/ desi ghee/olive oil/coconut oil: 2tbsp. for frying
DIRECTIONS
Cut and wash karailay. Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the karailay. Once fried remove
from pan. Heat butter in another pan. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add
ginger garlic paste. Then add chicken mince. And fry till chicken is cooked. Add fried
karailay and spices. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Peanut butter smoothie:

1 tbsp. peanut butter

50g Greek yogurt

1 tsp basil seeds


1tsp artificial sweetener (optional)
1 glass Water (8 ounces)
Directions
Combine everything and blend. Your smoothie is ready. Serve chilled.
