6: Warranty: 1 year.
a- While seller should repair or replace free of charge any product that do not work due to issues with any of the components like operating softwares, control systems, hydraulic system, chairs, special effects systems,
projectors, sounds, etc... the buyer will be responsible for the transportation cost involved.
b- In the case of damages caused by accidents such as a short circuit caused by water or by human actions resulting from negligence, incorrect maintenance, improper use, unauthorized modification or repair etc... the
seller should be responsible for the maintenance, while the buyer should be responsible for the cost.
c- Accessories and product appearance are not covered during the warranty, but preferential prices will be provided by the seller when the buyer needs to replace them.
7: Technical Support. Upon request seller can provide on-site technical support and installation as well as training once the goods are delivered at destination. The buyer should be responsible for the round-trip air tickets,
visa, insurance and accommodation of seller's staff.
