Magic Cake

“Magic cake” is one of the easiest and most delicious cakes. This cake fully deserves its name, because
by mixing the 7 ingredients you will get an extraordinary dessert that simply melts in your mouth.

While baking from a rather runny dough, the cake magically transforms into a 3-layer dessert with
different textures and aspects: sponge cake, souffle and vanilla cream, so you no longer have to prepare
the dough, the filling separately and the crust. If I intrigued you, then definitely try it and you will be
surprised by the magic of this cake.

ingredients

– 4 eggs

— 500 ml of milk

— 125 g of butter

— 115 g of flour

— 150 g of sugar

— 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

— 1 tablespoon of water

Method of preparation

1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until they form peaks.

2. Melt the butter and let it cool a little.

3. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and water.

4. Add the cooled butter to the egg yolks and beat the mixture. While continuing to beat, gradually add
the flour. Then gradually pour in the warm milk.

5. Carefully incorporate the egg whites with a spoon into the resulting mass. To bake this cake, you must
use a 20*20 cm or similar shape. I used a form for the check with the size of about 10*30 cm.

6. You do not need to use a removable form, because the dough is liquid and will flow.

7. Grease the baking form with butter and sprinkle it with flour.

8. Bake the cake in the oven for about an hour at 175 degrees. The top should brown well. Remove the
cake from the oven and let it cool.
9. You can sprinkle the cake on top with powdered sugar.
