Some people think that everything in their life is the way they want it to be

therefore, people suffer. However, some people also believe that is not the

case, and they don't see a genuine reason for innocent people to suffer. I

think people suffer because it is a part of life. Everyone will feel the pain of

suffering in their lifetime, and people need to accept or be strong enough to

go through pain and suffering. I also believe that innocence has nothing to

do with someone suffering. There is no such thing as innocent suffering.

Let's say someone lost a family member, friend, or loved one. Although you

are an innocent person, it might happen to you, and some people, it already

happened, and the pain they felt was unfair because they didn't deserve it.

Another example of innocent suffering is typhoons. We all know that

typhoon victims suffer because they might wipe their homes, family, or

dreams. They didn't deserve to be a typhoon victim, but it happened, and it

is what it is. People will go through the pain and suffering even if they don't

deserve it.

Another great example of people undergoing suffering is wealthy or

successful people. They often tell the story of their success, and frequently

they went through the pain and suffering to get to the way they are now.

Another example of said rich people is Dwayne Johnson or "the rock" in one

of his interviews, he shares his regrets, and he went through depression, but
he got through it eventually and became successful. The point to this is even

though the rock went through all that, he became successful anyway.

To summarize everything, yes, innocent people do suffer. It doesn't matter if

the person is innocent or not. Everyone will go through pain and suffering.

I think that making the majority happy at the expense of a few is better

than making a few pleased at the cost of many. Because of numbers, a

majority is a lot, so naturally, causing many people to be happy is a good

thing rather than only driving a few satisfied, leaving the rest disappointed.

But people always hate things, especially people's opinions on the said thing,

so no matter what you do, making people happy, some might find it

offensive.

It is just like those questions on the internet wherein the scenario would be

a train. You would choose to save a single person or multiple people, so

naturally, you would prefer to save numerous people since you would save

more people. But the people are not specified in the scenario. What if in the

same problem but the single person would be your mother or multiple

wealthy people? Then it would be a tough choice then. Another example of

this is in the anime Attack on Titan, especially the final season, where Eren,

the main character, chooses to wipe a large portion of the human population
to save his people but are they happy with Eren's choice? No, because he

decides to kill the humans outside the wall, leaving a remotely peaceful and

hate-free world.

The same thing goes with the original question. The "majority" is not

specified. So, it could be anyone ranging from internet trolls to wealthy

people. But then it could be beneficial since the unhappy portion could be

criminals, terrorists, rapists, overall bad people, and in that sense, it could

be good. I might be the most hated person in the world if I choose most

people and the majority turn out to be awful people. So, no matter what the

consequences might be, or it will be beneficial, I'd still prefer to make the

majority.

Yes, because everything can be applied to mathematics, but there's a limit

to using math for everything. The limit is that you can only apply

mathematics to everything that requires you to solve an equation or solve a

math-related question. An example of this is in baking. Baking has math,

from measuring each ingredient to be mixed to measuring the temperature

so the baked food will be edible and delicious.

But that's it. The same goes for money. Money can only solve money

problems. Other than that, you can use the money on everything. The same
argument goes with math. Can math solve a failing relationship? Simple

answer no because both partners need to talk about and do something about

their relationship. None of that requires math.

But other than that, the possibilities are endless. You can use mathematics

to represent how things work because we created mathematics to see

patterns we shouldn't see before. We intentionally created math based on

reality.

A great example of this is the Fibonacci spiral. The Fibonacci spiral has an

excellent repeating pattern in which a number goes more extensive, and we

can apply this to nature. An example of a Fibonacci sequence in nature is a

tree trunk, and in that tree trunk, the spirals in the trunk get bigger. Another

example is flower petals. The petals follow the Fibonacci sequence. You

might find some math equations useless, but later, you might find some of

them helpful. Let's say the cartesian plane. At first, I thought it was just a

tool used for plotting and for plotting math equations, but I later found that

there are more things that the cartesian plane can do. When I play

Minecraft, I can use the coordinates to point out where I am and where I am

going.

To a certain extent, yes, I think that looking at reality through mathematics

is an accurate representation of how things work.

Suppose there is a clone that is 100% identical to me. It would still act

differently because it is just like identical twins, twins might share the same

physical features and whatnot, but they sure don't work and react the same

because they are entirely different people. Maybe the twin may like certain

things that the other may not. Then my clone would be just like a twin, we

may share biological features, but we might act differently and react to

different things. For example, I enjoy being indoors as an introvert, so my

clone would be my opposite. The clone might be interested in going outdoors

and enjoying socializing with people. Or what if I die and the clone tries to

replace me. The clone has a high chance to fail to replace me because the

clone will act differently to certain things because we might not share the

same memories and experiences. The clone might not recognize my family,

friends, and loved ones.

Not unless the clone is a perfect copy of me wherein it can do the same

things I can do or, let's say, share the same memories and experiences. The

clone might realize it is a clone. I might think that I'm a clone too, so it

would likely end in a fight to the death for the two of us to be the 'original.'

And I've seen multiple shows like this, like in Gravity falls, My hero

academia, Invincible, and Rick and Morty. They all have this episode or
character with a clone of the character like in my hero academia. The

character can duplicate himself into a perfect copy of himself. The clones

slowly realize who the clone is and who the original is and then end up in a

bloodbath until one clone was left thinking it was the original but fails to

replace it because it still thinks it is the clone. To conclude, even if I have a

perfect copy of me it would still be different.

I'd say everything that is not important to my memory might be altered

through my dreams. Just like average days, I might not remember each day.

Still, some days might have the same outcome, repeating the same days,

and I think those days might be altered or different through my dreams

because those days might be boring and plain and nothing unique and my

dreams make something believable to make up to those dull days. But,

some days are extra and do stand out and make a mark in my memory. I

might recall something funny, sad, embarrassing, tragic, or just a good day,

and I think this is a genuine memory and not altered by my dreams.

There are also instances wherein I believe some of my memories are made

up but are true because I sometimes recall these memories either fake,

made-up memories or accurate to my friends or family. They often recall the

same memory and correct the altered and made-up things. Then there are

things that I might forget but are recorded through photos and videos, and

then when you see them, the memory might have a nostalgic feeling to it,

making it real. Just like pictures of when you are a baby, no one remembers

them, but some of the moments of when you are a baby are recorded, and

even though you can't imagine the memory, it is accurate and far from fake.

But some memories are fake and are just made up, like those mandella

effects where people claimed that they might remember having the

monopoly guy having a monocle or Pikachu having a black birthmark in

Pikachus tail. That isn't the case, and the brain just makes it up a false

memory. Not even just a mandella effect. Deja vu often happens, and I

think that I've experienced something before, which is a good thing since it

remembers patterns making a Deja vu happen. That sort of memory will

likely not be altered or misremembered.
