• Planning the production and Testing with Management as per their requirements.
• Responsible to Achieve production and Testing Target as per planning.
• Testing & Validation of Li-ion Cells & Battery Module in Labs as per the Specifications &
Standards.
• Firmware Flashing on BMS.
• Testing with using various types of BMS in Labs as per the Specifications & Standards.
• Li-ion Batteries using multiple Battery techniques performing battery functional (capacity) test
and maintain the record with respect to the Serial number for each model and project
separately.
• Able to understand battery & BMS functions and monitor the test data.

• Reliability test planning, coordinating with Lab test engineers for test execution and report
