the teams speak to.
2. Directing to site(s), for teams to convert to a customer for 2023/24.

Engaging with students & Collecting leads

The purpose of the day is to engage with students, collect data, and direct them back to the
site(s).

Collecting Data & engaging

The team will have tablets where students can input their data into a form. This data
will be exported and sent to us after the campaign end. If you’d like this sent on so
you can contact the students/input into salesforce let us know and we can arrange.

How we’ll collect data?

We’ll offer students the chance to spin the wheel, win a small on-the-spot prize and
be entered into our festival ticket giveaway in exchange for their data.

Leafleting on the go
Students will receive an informational leaflet with a brief overview of the property
and a QR that links to a landing page with directions, web page access & link to the
festival competition landing page.

Enticing viewings
Once the student's attention is grabbed, teams will be briefed to talk about your
accommodation. Pushing students to the sites for viewings, questions or just to take
a look around. The QR code on the flyer will give them directions to the property.
