We are really excited that you will soon be joining us as I am sure you are too. In order for us to get
everything ready and ensure you can be paid for your hard work you must return all of the following
information to the People Team by replying to the email you received your offer from.

If we don’t receive all these items from you, then this can delay our ability to get you paid on time or at all
once you join us and can negatively affect your tax code. We want to make sure you get off to a great
start so again please don’t delay in returning the information below.

A copy of your proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Your right to work will have been sent to us by your JVP / Line Manager along with your original ☒
offer. However, we do require a certified copy of any visa you may have so please ensure that this
is provided to us, if not already done so at offer stage.

Failure to do so will result in no VDS cover in place upon your start date.
