 Pupils identify the questions they did before ( Module 1: part 1 and 2).
 Divide pupils into pairs and ask them to discuss the questions.
 Monitor and support as necessary and make a note of any common language errors
LESSON relating to use of grammars.
DEVELOPMENT 2)
 Tell pairs to swap texts and discuss together.
 Tell pupils to check their answers with each other.( teachers will guide the students-
projector and slides)
 Write any common language errors on the board and ask pupils to correct these as a
whole class.
 Ask pupils to read each other’s texts and to underline one thing the writers have
done well (e.g. good use of vocabulary, good idea for spending the inheritance)
 Elicit examples from the whole class.

 Tell pupils to do the activity Model 1 in activity book.
 Identify the questions provided in the book .
 Monitor and support as necessary and make a note of any common language errors relating
to use of past simple, coordinating conjunctions and reference pronouns in PART 2 ( Activity
Book).
LESSON 2)
DEVELOPMENT  Tell pairs to swap texts and to complete the table to calculate how much Ron spent and how
much he has left.
 Tell pupils to check their answers with each other.
 Write any common language errors on the board and ask pupils to correct these as a whole
class.

 Ask pupils to check their answers and identify any errors.
