I, Hong Cho Plaintiff was not served July 8, Preliminary Conference Notice, just happened to hear
right from a 3rd party, whereas 1). likely the Court did not realize the Plaintiff is NOT A NYSCEF
serving party, 2)further English is a second language thus need a Korean Interpreter at a future
conference, 3) Plaintiff need a 30days adjournment to retain a counsel

Wherefore, respectfully requesting a 30 days adjournment for July 8 preliminary conference.
