1.0 INTRODUCTION

This talk from the Science and Technology Club 2022, titled "Take care of your mental
health for a bright future," was used as a starting preparation for UiTM Jengka students to face
the future, both physically and emotionally. This is the first time the programme has been held
this year. Students should be able to make preliminary preparations using techniques and
efficient ways as a result of this programme. Furthermore, it is hoped that this programme
would assist students in developing a healthy mentality in order to face a long future and help
them gain a great future.

The target group for this programme is office management students in semester four
and five for the year 2022, at UiTM Jengka Pahang. This is because they are students who are
at the end of the semester and will face the end of the semester.

Scope of this talk:

I. Formalised describes how to improve students' mental health.

II. Discusses methods for stress management
III. Describes the benefits that students get if they have stable mental health.

2. OBJECTIVE

2.1 Emphasize the value of mental health to students.

2.2 Inspire students to acknowledge the importance of mental health in today's world by
motivating and instilling a fighting spirit in them.
2.3 Encourage pupils to have a positive, admirable personality.
2.4 Acquire mental health stability in order to improve self-performance in the face of
greater challenges in the future.

ANY OTHER INFORMATION

I have made preparations in terms of invited guests, for example, VIP and panel. To my
knowledge, I have dealt with them to vacate the schedule for the day and they have agreed to
attend this programme to be conducted. For VIP, I have invited Prof. Ts. Dr Mod Ilham Adenan
as the rector of UITM Pahang branch. For the panel, I have invited Dr Mohd Fadzilah Kamsah
as the speaker on the day.

4. CONCLUSION

With this, we hope that the talk from the Science and Technology Club 2022, themed
"For a bright future, take care of your mental health," can be one of the programmes that can
help further improve the quality of students. Such programmes have had a positive impact on
students. Therefore, we want to continue and improve this programme so that it can help further
improve the mental health of students. We hope that this paper will receive approval and
approval from the management of Uitm. All the cooperation given by our Uitm management
is first and foremost with millions of thanks.
