 Introduction
Mental health issues is prevalent among our societies nowadays. Especially for the newer
generations, where their lives revolve around social medias; a platform where the human beings
show their happiness by posting their daily happily life publicly through Instagram story,
Facebook posts and etc. Workers who have unhealthy mental wellbeing may experience
tremendous obstacles throughout their adulthood and may lead to an unhealthy working ethics,
while those who are not struggling may have a greater enthusiasm in every aspects of their
working life such as interactions with people, finishing their job on time and more. So, the
purpose of the event to divulge the information regarding on mental health among workers in
Malaysia. We are very pleased to welcome everybody in every part of Malaysia to participate in
this event so that we can bring more joy to this event. In this program, we will be focusing on the
importance of mental wellbeing to the employees. Nowadays, there are so many public or private
servants dealing with mental health problems due to the some of the problems as we mentioned
before. This may lead to the dwindling of the level of happiness in our country and the declining
to our economic growth will most likely to occur.
