1.0 INTRODUCTION

Nowadays job is the main of income source for the people in the world. Has no job is a
problem that have to be solve to get the reward. According to the Cambridge Dictionary (2020),
job was defined as the regular work that a person does to earn. WiseStep (2012) an interview
definition can be crafted as a gentle conversation between two people or more where questions
are asked to a person to get the required responses or answers. When people involved in an
interview, it’s usually two groups or two individuals sit facing each other in an interview. The
person asking questions is the interviewer and the person answering the questions is the
interviewee.

The interview is a vital step to obtaining a career position and often depends on your
skills in marketing your potential. Do not miss out on a good position for which you are qualified
due to a lack of preparation and practice. You need to be ready to answer questions about your
career goals and background. You will also want to develop intelligent questions of your own to
help you obtain the necessary information for making an informed decision. Furthermore,
preparation helps build your self confidence in your interview skills and is the key to successful
interviewing.

Interview is the widely used (election method. It is a face-to-face interaction between

interviewee and interviewer. If handled carefully, it can be a powerful technique in having
accurate information of the interviewee otherwise unavailable. At the same time, if the interview
is not handled carefully, it can be a source of bias, restricting or distorting the flow of
communication. In this project, our group would like to explain the tips and manners in the
interview and the common mistake that the interviewee has done in interview.

1
1.1 OBJECTIVE OF JOB INTERVIEW

 To identify the information that be obtain through application form.

 To verify the addition information that may not in the application.

 To develop the skill needed for approaching the interview

1.3 COMMON MISTAKE IN INTERVIEW

1.3.1 Dressing Inappropriately
When you interview for a job, it's imperative to look professional and polished.
Although your attire may vary based on the position you're applying for. For
example, you should wear business casual clothing to an interview for a non-
professional job or startup casual garb to an interview at a small startup company.
It's important to look well-dressed and put together, no matter what the company.

1.3.2 Arriving Late

3
Running late not only suggests poor time management skills, but shows a lack of
respect for the company, the position, and even your interviewer. Go the extra
length to make sure that you aren't late, and arrive on time, or even early.

1.3.3 Using Your Phone During the Interview

Before you get to your interview, silence your phone. Texting during your
interview is not only rude and disruptive, but it's a pretty clear message to your
potential employer that getting the job is not your top priority. For the same
reasons, don't answer calls (and certainly don't make them) during the interview.

1.3.4 Not Knowing Anything About the Company

Don't let your potential employer stump you with the question, "What do you
know about this company?" It's one of the easiest questions to ace, if only you do
some research before your interview. Background information including company
history, locations, divisions and a mission statement are available in an "About
Us" section on most company websites.

1.3.5 Not Paying Attention

Don't let yourself zone out during an interview. Make sure you are well-rested,
alert, and prepared. Getting distracted and missing a question looks bad on your
part. If you zone out, your potential employer will wonder how you will be able to
stay focused during a day on the job, if you can't even focus during one interview.
1.4 STEP FOR PERFECT INTERVIEW

1.4.1 Don't Stress

Stay calm and remind yourself of your skills, qualities and value. Find out what
this potential employer is all about, share what you can offer, and gauge if the
company is worthy of your time and commitment.

1.4.2 First Impression

4
Greet your interviewer with confidence. Provide a firm handshake, make good
eye contact, and give a pleasant smile. Let the interviewer know you are pleased
to have the opportunity for the interview, but don't get carried away with small
talk.

1.4.3 Introduce Yourself Professionally

Don’t share personal information such as marital status, whether you have
children, or what your age is when asked to introduce yourself. Provide a brief
synopsis about what you have done professionally and what led you to apply for
the job in question.

1.4.4 Stay Positive

Refrain from drawing attention to qualities that may turn potential employers off
if asked what your weaknesses are. If you were fired from your last job or quit,
and are asked why you left, answer tactfully, highlighting any positive aspects,
and then go on to explain what you are looking for in your next employer. Be
prepared to ask the interviewer a few questions for your own information and to
show interest.

1.4.5 Dress to impress

Another way to establish a positive association is to wear something a little loud.
No, this doesn't mean to show up in a floral pattern suit, but maybe trade out that
plain white shirt for something a little more colorful and unique to help you stand
out and create positive visual associations.

2.0 ABOUT INFORGRAFIC

According Vital (2018) an infographic is a visual representation of information that uses image
patterns to help readers see how pieces of information relate to each other. Infographic is a
portmanteau of ‘information’ and ‘graphic’. An infographic (information graphic) is a visual

5
representation of information that aims to make the data easily understandable at a first glance.
Infographics work by encouraging visual comparison. Infographics exist because we recognize
visual patterns faster than we read text. In short, infographics are fast, text is slow. We can scan
text sequentially. One word at a time. We scan pictures in different places at the same time. You
have a natural ability to do this. Think about what this really means for a second essentially, we
found a way to understand more information faster. Infographics promise to make us smarter.
Because of its fair simplicity and compelling storytelling, it has gained a lot of popularity in
recent years, and we can see infographics being shared all over the internet and social media. For
example, Canva infographic templates can give you a quick insight into infographics looks and
structure.

2.1 TYPES OF INFORGRAFIC

2.1.1 Informational Infographic

Figure 1

The informational infographic is distinguished by its above average use of text

when compared to other types of infographics. The graphic may be enhanced by
icons, shapes, colors and other visual elements but overall, the emphasis is on the
words.

2.1.1 Timeline Infographic

6
Figure 2
Timeline infographic depicts events or actions in chronological order. They are
often used to demonstrate a product’s development, a historical trend or an idea’s
evolution. Timeline infographic makes use of icons, images, and graphic elements
to put the point across. The timeline’s format may be vertical, horizontal or
winding.

2.1.2 Charts Infographic

Figure 3
Сharts infographic has a chart as the centerpiece of the information visualization.
Colors, shapes, and icons may be added for emphasis and/or explanation. Charts
work best when performing a basic comparison of items. Instances where charts
infographic would be relevant include the number of students in various
universities, Twitter followers of different basketball teams or the population in
select cities.

2.1.3 Pie Charts Infographic

7
Figure 4

A pie chart infographic is one where the focus object is a pie chart. Whereas a pie
charts infographic is technically a subset of a chart infographic, we assign it a
distinct category given its widespread use. Pie charts are great for showing an
item’s different components or how one value compares to several other values.

2.1.4 Process Infographic

Figure 5
Process infographic is similar to a how-to infographic. The key distinction is that
a process infographic depicts decision-making processes. Process infographics are
also referred to as decision trees or flow charts. Each step is linked to the next
with lines and directional arrows.

2.1.5 Comparison Infographic

8
Figure 6

A comparison infographic examines the similarities and differences between two

or more products, locations, events, actions, ideas or individuals. The comparison
infographic creates contrast and helps identify the pros and cons of one item in the
context of an alternative. The graphic will usually be split into two or more
sections depending on the number of items being compared.

2.1.6 Resume Infographic

9
Figure 7
The resume infographic depicts the work experience, professional qualifications
and other credentials of an individual in a visual format. Most job ads will attract
scores of applications so a resume infographic is a creative way to set oneself
apart from other applicants. Whereas the resume infographic is often prepared as
a summary accompanying a standard resume, it can stand on its own especially
where the employer insists on a short CV.

2.1.7 Infographic Icons

Figure 8

Infographic icons can make the difference between a verbose and winding visual,
and an engaging and impactful one. Icons are sometimes taken for granted but can

10
actually come in handy when packing plenty of information in small spaces. A
single icon can replace a paragraph of explanations.

2.1.8 Infographic Images

Figure 9

Some of the basic rules around the use of icons apply to infographic images too.
Images shouldn’t ‘take over’ the infographic else you risk reducing the graphic
into a patchwork of images with a smattering of text. Images can replace what
would otherwise have been acres of explanations. Make sure the colors on the
image are consistent with the infographic’s color theme.

3.0 HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE EQUIPMENT

For our infographic project, there are several equipment or platforms that we chose to use

7.0 CONCLUSION

In the conclusion, during the interview, the important things that interviewee must know
is they must know to handle it. It’s must be yourself. There is a special formula for excelling in a
job interview. Your personality and background may appeal to some employers and not to
others. It is to your advantage to be yourself, rather than try to mold yourself to fit an image you
think will appeal to an employer. After all, you want to find a position and employer that is
compatible with "who you are" and your career objectives. Thus, self -confidence in one's ability
to succeed at the unfamiliar and the untried is an important trait for individuals interviewing for
jobs. This confidence comes from within and can be increased by knowing what your skills and
strengths are, as well as knowing what assets you can offer to a prospective employer. Through
interview preparation and practice, you can also increase your confidence in your interviewing
skills and your ability to make a good impression.
