2. RATIONALE:
Barangay Busaon conducted Barangay Assembly Day for 2 nd Semester to present
the Accomplishment of the Barangay Administration for the year 2022, to report the
financial status of the barangay and to present the on-going programs, plans and
activities.
It is a mandate of the National/DILG office that the Barangay Assembly be held
twice every year.

3. OBJECTIVES:

3.1 To institutionalize Barangay Assembly as a venue to promote accountability,


transparency and interaction between and among barangay officials and residents.

4. FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

4.1 Total Cost : 7,500.00


4.2 Source of Funds : MOOE-OTHER MOE

4.3 Breakdown of Expenditures:

Snacks: 150packs@50.00 7,500.00
