Participate and Assist: Classroom Environment Before Classroom Environment Now
Given the concepts and the infographic, I can participate and assist in a face-to-face
learning environment by helping my cooperating teacher to guide the students. By
simply giving simple directions to the students every time they have activities or even in
the discussion if they wanted to ask something.

I believe that changes in the face-to-face learning environment are happening because
we are now incorporating technology into the classroom, which provide effective
learning environments. It affects the arrangement of chairs and tables, and there are
space that must be reserved among other things.
I believe the most significant changes I can make are to the overall layout of the
classroom; I intend to make my classroom more creative by utilizing available
technologies. I believe that I should concentrate on things that remove distractions from
the classroom and help students grow.
Reflect
Yes, I believe that if the classroom is conductive, it reduces distractions within the
classroom, the learning will be continuously absorbed by the students, and they will
learn how to reflect and explore on the learning they received.
OBSERVE
Coming up with an effective solutions, making classroom rules and regulations and
other tricks to gather their attentions.
PLAN
The best thing you can do is to make classroom rules and try to think of some rewards
to get their attentions every time needed. Figuring out what are you going to do and
when you are going to do then share it with the entire class to motivate them to focus
on it.

Avoid distraction that can affect your learning – there are many platforms that can
engage you for entertainment and communication, but make sure that you set time for
break and focus on learning as scheduled to avoid missing class sessions.
PLAN
Create a clear structures, provide a high –touch experience, break out rooms,
personalized videos and office hours, introduce innovative portals, encourage
engagements and listen to student’s feedback.
Work on My Artifacts
1. Try to move, use nonverbal communication or signals and help them experience
different interactions and learn through, and think about them when they need a rest to
break. You can make online learning more enjoyable and engaging for your students.
2. Entering/ exiting the classroom, turning in assignment and late work, attendance
checking, lunch and recess, use of classroom library, use of technologies and behavior
management.
3. Behavior charts, body language, eye contact, clapping time out, smile and greetings.
4. If the students sit in groups, rows or table teams, one must lead to supply monitor and
be responsible for getting materials and then distributing them to the others at his or
her assigned area.
5. Follow a routine, stablish a consistent schedule or routine for the student to follow.
Provide visual picture symbol if necessary for the student to follow. Make sure there is
enough time. Allow student enough time to experience the activity before moving on
the next lesson.
6. Create a weekly schedule, create a regular study space and stay organized. Eliminate
distraction, actively participate, practice time management, when it comes to online
classes, you need to have discipline to sit down and listen.
7. When students finish early, help them by naturally funneling them toward extending
and give each student on allotted time to complete the assignment.
8. The use of logical consequences. These are consequences of behavior that make sense
because they solve the problem as directly as possible. They do not mirror a student’s
actions, they correct them.
9. Always check homework, provide feedback, praise students for both performance and
effort. Use a point system with incentives, allow make up work with point deductions,
give students s visual to manage missed assignments, offer help if needed.
10. Standard desk can also be modified for movement by using resistance bands or rubber
bands around the legs of the desk to use a wiggle bar. Stand up when convenient
students can use standing desk or stations.
Notice
Classroom routines can increase student’s confidence and comfort levels since
learners know what is expected of them in different situations. Set routine are
especially helpful when working with young learners and teens that need extra
support in regulating their behavior.
Students follow clear routines during class, when asked, students can describe
established rules and procedures. When asked, students describe the classroom as
an orderly place. Students recognize cues and signals from teacher.
The teacher always give positive feedback to boost the confidence of students. By
simply saying “thank you, great, very well” it can make the students be more
participative.

1. One of the factors that prompted me to establish those classroom routines and
procedure is observation. I have seen how my cooperating teacher handles the class and
I earned learning from it.
2. Because I’ve only taught them once so far, I can’t say if anything has changed. I might be
able to discern whether something has changed the next time I teach them.
3. Yes, the teaching-learning process improved since the students participated and also
tried to pass and answer the given activities and assignments.
Reflect
The insight I gain while doing this learning episode is that we need to physically fit
helping students learned in classroom/remote learning and enhanced classroom
routines to improve learning process.
OBSERVE
.Difficulties on checking of attendance because some of the learners are coming late on
the meeting we have.
Some of the students afraid to participate on the recitation even their names were
called by the teacher.
Some of the students lack of initiative to follow the routine we have like attending late
to the meeting.
REFLECT
As their teacher, I serve as a role model for them to follow and carry out the routines
and procedures we have in room. I need to model it for the class by, for example,
arriving five minutes early so that they can learn to manage their time so that they can
practice the routine at the next meeting.
Praise the students can motivate them to be active in the class because they will feel the
effort in the class is worth it.
Giving rewards also motivate students to perform better on the class, follow routines
and procedure.

PHILOSOPHICAL STATEMENT
As a teacher, I strive to make my classroom a safe and challenging environment for my
students by implementing a classroom management plan. Whoever enters my classroom will
find it in good posture, presentable, and well ventilated. My students are at ease; I believe
that a good classroom harvests good knowledge, and they learn a lot from me. I want to
encourage all of my students to participate in the lesson and activities so that they can learn
a lot. As a teacher, I try my hardest to impart knowledge to my students, despite the fact that
they each have a unique attitude and set of emotions that I must deal with on a daily basis.
As a teacher, I want to be as fair as possible to my students in the future.
CLASSROOM RULES AND PROCEDURES
To my classroom and the procedure that I need to establish before the class, I greet good
morning or good afternoon and pray. Second, ask them to arrange their chair, pick up any
papers or trash, and take a seat. The third step is to check attendance to see who is missing
that day. Finally, provide a motivational activity to help students understand the lesson.
During my class, I stated the objective or learning outcomes before beginning my lesson or
discussion. Then assign them activities or group activities. Then collect and examine their
activity. After the class, assign homework based on the lesson discussed or the next lesson,
and conclude with a prayer.
TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIP
The first thing a teacher considers in relation to students is how to interact with them and
handle their attitudes and emotions, especially in students with special needs. I want to be
fair to everyone and guide them in everything they do inside the classroom; I act not only as
a teacher but also as a second parent or guardian of them in order to build good
relationships. I want a fun class where no one feels bored during my lesson, but this is not
easy; I try my hardest to feed them knowledge. Finally, I hope to become an effective teacher
in the future.
SCHEDULE AND TIMEFRAMES
Prioritizing time for personal needs plans for student education is critical for property design
and execution. When teachers are overworked as a result of a lack of personal care, the
classroom is likely to become less effective and efficient over time. Savings strategies that are
time-bound are only effective when a teacher is active, healthy, and well- rested. As a
teacher, I must take measures to effectively manage my time in the classroom. Using time
management techniques, it is possible to stay on track. Keep up with each student's
educational demands, deal with emergency situations quickly, and don't fall behind when
unforeseen events occur. Time management is an important aspect of success.
CLASSROOM STRUCTURE, DESIGN AND ARRANGEMENTS
As they enter, students are greeted by vibrant colors on the walls and natural lighting. They
emit a warm glow from the windows and a welcoming sensation as they glide across the
carpets. They are relaxed. Visitors are greeted warmly as they proceed to their seats in a
large circle of tables. They can see their classmates as they face each other and stare from
wall to wall at maps, art, famous people, and other things. Colorful posters depicted various
cultures and student work around the room. There is none. A speck of white paint can be
seen. The carpet on the floor provides comfort and creates a pleasant atmosphere for the
student. There is a sense of calm in the midst of the energizing walls. I'm going to start the
session from my desk, which is the circle, and have the students take out their journals and
colored pens to record their observations. Today's lesson, as well as their own thoughts,
questions, or artwork. I believe that the classroom has a significant impact on student
learning, and I hope that mine will be one of them. My children will be exposed to an
environment that promotes critical thinking, dialogue, and reflection. To create a conducive
environment for discussion, the tables should be arranged in a circle. It is extremely
important in my opinion. It is critical to engage children in debate in order to elicit and
question ideas, as well as to allow them to express themselves. Students in the class benefit
from one another's knowledge.
CLASSROOM SAFETY RULES AND PROCEDURES
When planning your classroom management rules, make certain that such rules will harbor,
among the students, respect and care to each and everyone in the classroom. Review these
rules with the students at the beginning of the year and inform them of your expectations on
their behavior. These rules need to continuously be reinforced and as a constant reminder,
post these rules on the visible location in the classroom.
STRATEGIES FOR REWARDS AND CONSEQUENCES
A healthy rules and penalties system is required in the classroom to foster a culture of
respect and academic achievement. Allow your children time to internalize rules and
penalties, see them depicted or demonstrated, and understand why they are important
before beginning work on your year's key learning goals. Having clearly stated and
established expectations will allow you to handle behavior issues quickly and consistently,
allowing you to spend more time working with children to achieve academic goals. Start by
outlining the main concepts that every student should know by the end of the lesson when
teaching them about class rules and consequences, such as: 1. School rules are important
because they help to create a respectful and academically successful environment in our
classroom.2. When we follow guidelines, we make wise decisions about our academic
performance and our lives. We make bad decisions when we don't follow the rules, and there
will be consequences to help you achieve your academic goals.3. Prepare, demonstrate
respect, be prompt, participate, and be accountable in accordance with your class
regulations.4. The repercussions in your class are a written warning, a teacher-conference
warning, a seat shift, and a behavioral with a call for home so the parent

1. Schedules and deadlines are important to me because I must adhere to them. Routine
or a school schedule can also aid in the reduction of disruptive behavior in the
classroom. Assist a child in understanding what is expected to happen next, as well as
learning participation. Children benefit from a predictable day with a consistent daily
plan and step-by-step routines.
2. As I previously stated, the problem is a lack of communication between the teacher and
the student. Are you constantly saying that you can't please everyone and asking your
students to help you or collaborate with you? Perhaps there is a subset of students who
prefer to be alone. I was deafeningly silent the entire time.
Reflect
- As previously stated, I believe that the most important factor in creating a positive
learning environment is classroom management. I want to create an environment
where children can participate and learn in a safe environment. A learning environment
in which all of my students participate in my opinion, the most important aspect of
classroom management is not dealing with behavior issues, but rather establishing a
positive learning environment. You can create this environment in addition to having an
appealing curriculum by establishing a rapport with the students, motivating them to
achieve, and setting high goals for them. It will also keep behavioral issues in your
classroom to a minimum from the start.
OBSERVE
- On the first day of class, the teacher goes over some ground rules and procedures with
the students, including what they should and should not do in the classroom. The rules
and procedures for classroom management are not easily followed by the students.
