DESCRIPTION:
· • Based on the process diagram file using the part
called process elements, create 3 examples of 3
different processes, where you identify inputs,
regulations, resources and output.
· • Remember that the process is written in the center
always with an infinitive verb.
· Add bibliographic references to the end of the
document.
Elements of a process
Entrances it is the starting point of a process, material
or information consumed or transformed by an
activity to produce “exits”.
The input to a process can be the output of a
previous one.
Resources
Elements necessary to execute a process (machines,
software, people, technology).
Similarly, for the diagramming of the processes, the
resources will be classified into three categories:
Controls.
They are subdivided into 2 classes, those that govern
what is done in the process (framework normative),
and those that evaluate the process (process
indicators).
Regulatory framework (guides): Action guidelines that
define and order theri compliance during the
transformation, regulate how, when and for what a
process (examples: norms, manuals, guides, policies,
calendars, Budget, laws, specifications, procedures)

Process indicators: these are the measuremnt

parameters that reflect the behavior actions or
activities also indicate the leve lof compliance on
results of the process or procedures and that these
are carried out as expected.
Products: it is the aoutput of a process, Good or
service capable of satisfying a need of a user.
Final product: a producto is the end of the production
network when it does not suffer no other
transformation process.
The recipient of the final producto is the external user
of the organization.
Intermediate product:
Intermediate products are all those outputs (outputs)
generated by each sector, area or person whose user
is another area, sector or person within the institute.
The points where the process begins (input) and
ends (resulto r product)
They are the limits of the process.
Arrows
Arrows are graphs representing flows of the elements
of a process.
