EaseMyClaim
User Account Creation

1. Click on Create Account


2. Provide following details
 First Name
 Last Name
 E-mail ID (You can not change this later, be careful!)
 Mobile No.
 User ID (You can not change this later, be careful!)
 Password
 Confirm Password
 Select Company name (Supertech Ltd)
 Select the Form relevant for you (Form B, C…)
Note: you can add more claims (if required) later. If you need to fill two or more form CA,
you need to create as many separate account/s.
3. Accept the privacy policy, terms and conditions
4. Click on sign-up button.
Fill Claim Forms EaseMyClaim

1. Some information in forms are prefilled – such as Project Name, Your Name, e-mail ID.
2. Some information marked with * in the end are mandatory; ensure that you provided these required
information.
3. Upload at least one supporting document that substantiate your claim. Only PDF documents are supported
that should not exceed 500 KB size each document (maximum 15 documents). Compress your PDF if
required.
4. Finally, You must print the form and check the details. Sign this printed form, scan it and save it in pdf
format. Every time you edit the form, you must print the form (if you have changed any information).
5. The duly signed copy of the form pdf file needs to be uploaded to the claims management solution.
6. You may save the claim in draft status (upload at least one document and form PDF), edit that again later.
7. You must submit the claim to resolution professional finally. The status of the claim shall turn to Submitted.
Check Claim Status EaseMyClaim

1. Refer Claimant Dashboard for latest updates for your


claim.
2. Check the Remarks from Resolution Professional Desk;
respond to the RP accordingly.
3. Check the status of your claim.
 Draft – You are still working on the claim, its not sent to RP yet.
 Submitted – You have sent the claim to RP
 Pending – RP needs additional details from you and claim is pending
with claimant (you!)
 Revised – You have provided additional information or documents
by editing the claim form and submitted the claim to RP again.
 Accepted – Your claim is provisionally admitted by RP
 Rejected – Your claim is provisionally rejected by RP
 Resubmitted – You have re-submitted claim after once rejected.
4. Check your registered mail for auto-notifications. Check
your spam mail folder as well.
