The reason for issuing this bulletin is to present a product upgrade available for purchase. The
original product was produced according to the technical requirements.
Aker Solutions has developed a new and improved design to improve the lifetime expectancy of the
counter balance guide wheel.

Extended lifetime expectancy and reduced maintenance.

3. Recommended actions
Aker Solutions recommend that the previous design is replaced with this new and improved design
when the existing wheel is due for replacement.
