<strong>We are open for the 2023 Outdoor season!</strong><br><br>
5 teams will be formed<br><br>
1) U9 Soccer - Friday 6:00 - 7:30 May - Sep 18 times $180 <br>
2) U11 Soccer - Friday 6:00 - 7:30 May - Sep 18 times $180<br>
3) U13 Soccer - Friday 6:00 - 7:30 May - Sep 18 times $180<br>
4) U15 Soccer - Friday 7:30 - 9:00 Jun - Sep 18 times $180<br>
5) Outdoor Field Volleyball Competitive Tuesday 7:00 - 8:30 July -Oct 12 times $120

Make up session due to weather cancellation will be scheduled to the
day after, at the same time slot first. If the weather is still not allowed, the
session will be 2 days after, or in 8 days, at the same time slot.
<br><br>
<strong>From September, every session will be shifted to a half
hour earlier.</strong>

form. Maximum 15 players for each team, FCFS. Registration needs to be submitted
before 5/12/2023 to secure your spot.<br>
You will receive Teamsnap invitation before the 1st practice, to
confirm your registration. Rest will be placed on the waiting list.

Q&A:<br>
1) Please check your teamsnap right before you go to practice, as practice coudlbe
cancelled due to weather.<br>
2) Final practice schedule will be different from our website post, and Teamsnap
will be the final schedule.<br>
3) Payment can be etrasnfered to EPSAInformation@gmail.com, with "the player's
name, and the team name".<br>
4) Due to limited staff resources, please direct any questions or comments to Han
Yan or Lucy, during practice. No interuption to the coach.

The 1st soccer are on May 27th, the 1st Volleyball is on July 4th,
2022.

For outdoor soccer discount/refund due to City cancellation in

cancelled 4 times, we will make up one time on May 20th. For parents who paid in
full, we will offer $45 credit and you could use it towards any of our programs not
limited to soccer.

For parents who have paid in full of the registration fee: EPSA
will adjust the registration fee based on available time slots for the season. You
will be provided with either refund or credit toward the outdoor season around
April. We still expect to reopen the indoor season soon around February.

anuary Update Regarding Joint Use in Schools
School Boards are moving into 2022 with much uncertainty on how school operations
will be affected by the pandemic. The committee agreed to move forward with a
cautious approach with respect to the re-opening of community access to school
spaces for the time being; to ensure public safety and preserve the long term
viability of school operations and access to gym users. Thus, community access will
continue to be suspended and may resume on January 31, 2022 provided there are no
added restrictions implemented by the Province.
