AFFIDAVIT

I, PEPITO P. PASCUA, of legal age, Filipino, widower and a resident

of Brgy. 2, Maria Aurora, Aurora, after having been duly sworn an oath
and in accordance with law, hereby deposed and say that:

1. I am a former employee of the Rural Bank of Maria Aurora

(Aurora), Inc., from June 1, 1983 to June 30, 2010 as
Inspector/Appraiser and was appointed as Corporate Secretary of
the bank;

2. During my incumbency on several dates of meeting of the Board

of Directors (BOD), they declared cash and stock dividends on the
stockholding of the stockholders of the bank.

3. Upon approval by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) of the

declaration of dividends, the stock dividend due to Ms. Alicia T.
Ong was given in the form of Stock Certificate to her but the cash
dividend upon the request of Ms. Ines T. Ong (mother of Alicia T.
Ong) and with due respect to the mother, all cash dividends were
given to her.

4. There were times Mrs. Ines T. Ong was accompanied by Ms. Alicia
T. Ong to the bank, but no questions, comments or objections were
made by Alicia T. Ong regarding the set-up on her cash dividends
so the Bank presumed that the request of the former was
conformed by the latter. During the lifetime of Mrs. Ines T. Ong,
Ms. Alicia T. Ong never questioned this.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the foregoing and for

other legal purposes it may serve.
