AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, SANGELYN O. DANDOY, of legal age, Filipino, married and

resident of Brgy. Hinabay , Inopacan, , after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am employed as a house helper at the residence of Atty. Lucille M.

Teves;

2. That on June 7, 2023 while doing some errand , Mr. Reno D. Dante who
was at the residence of Atty. Lucille M. Teves at that time, asked a favor if I
could drop the mail since I would be going to the same place ;

3. That I served a copies by depositing a copy in the post office in a sealed

envelope, with postage fully paid, as evidenced by Registry Receipt plainly
addressed to:
