3. The bidding documents will be issued to the interested constructors/Developers on submission of written request
on original letterhead from the owner ofthe firm or their authorized representative having a valid special power
of attorney on the stamp paper duly attested by Oath Commissioner and on payment of non-refundable cost of
tender price mentioned against each work, through call deposit/pay order on any scheduled bank in favor of
Karachi Development Authority and biding document can also be downloaded from the SPPRA website
(https://ppms.pprasindh.gov.pk/PPMS/) with tender fee mentioned as above.
4. The bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in favour of Karachi Development
Authority must be enclosed with tender documents: otherwise the tender will be rejected.
5. The contractors must mention their complete and corret present / postal address in tender documents and quoted
the rates both in words and in figures incomplete/conditional tenders will be not accepted
6. Joint venture shall be allowed up to only 2 Members.
7. If any fake documents are found then the tender is liable rejected/cancelled without any compensation with
penalty as per rules.
8. Canvassing in connection of tenders instrictly prohibited and tenders submitted by the contractors who are
reported to be involved in canvassing will be liable for rejection.
