ACCOMMODATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Accommodation Details & Procedures
❖ Devotees who come for the spiritual purposes of satsangh with Swamiji and devotees who intend to stay in the Ashram for their meditation and
sadhana are given a preference of an average of 2 days/nights stay depending upon the availability. It will be extended solely by the direction of
management. Yatris should take advantage of staying here to attend at least one Satsangh session each day
❖ Indian nationals must provide evidence of Indian nationality(Aadhar Card).
❖ Foreigners are requested to provide a copy of their passport and Visa at the time of arrival and fill C form.
❖ Accommodation will not be available for those who come for business purposes.
Satsangh
❖ Yatris can fix up an appointment to meet Swamiji for a Satsangh Session. Morning and evening Satsangh at (7 am and 6 pm) will be
there regularly
Personal Belongings
Ashram is not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings. Yatris must not leave cash or valuables in the room an d
dining hall. If they do so, it is at their own risk
Dress Code
❖ Men and women must cover their shoulders, midriff and legs.
❖ Dresses should be of Indian tradition including for children and foreigners. (Sarees, salwar kamees with shawl, White dhotis & Formals).
❖ Gents:Color lungis, half trousers, and Bermudas are strictly prohibited.
❖ Ladies:Tight fittings, transparent revaling clothing, Leggings, tank tops, low cut and a sleeveless t-shirt, and nighties are not allowed.
Children:Parents should educate children about the ashram and inculcate our Sanatana dharma of respecting elders and Swamiji and about the dress
codes. Parents must take care of their bed-wetting child, if it is so.
Prohibited Items:
❖ Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and non-vegetarian foods are strictly prohibited.
❖ Listening to or playing movie songs is strictly prohibited inside the Ashram.
Mobile Phone Usage:
All should understand that Ashram is a place for peace, silence, Satsangh, and worship.
❖ Personal talking should not be made audible to others and minimum emergency telephonic conversation can be done.
Kindly put your mobile phone to flight mode in the following occasion s:
1. In the prayer hall and temple. Dining Hall Timing:
2. When you are sitting with Swamiji for discussion or Satsangh.
3. In Dining hall. Morning Tea 6.30am-7.30am
Dining Hall Breakfast(Kanji) 8.30am-9.30am
❖ Yatris can have tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner only in the dining hall on time. Lunch 1.00pm-2.00pm
❖ Yatris should wash their plates and teacup in our washing area.(Should not keep on dining
Evening Tea 4.30pm-5.30pm
table).
❖ Taking food to rooms is not allowed. For genuine reasons management will help you out. Dinner 7.30pm-8.30pm
❖ Food from outside is not allowed.
❖ 3 hour prior intimation is needed to arrange breakfast /lunch /dinner for the Note: Our Dining hall will be
guest. closed at other times
❖ Room Services are not available in our ashram.
Tips
❖ Anybody who wishes to contribute to the welfare of ashram workers can donate to the office only. It will be distributed evenly to all staff.
❖ Giving tips to a few chosen staff leads to discontentment among other staff creating disturbances to ashram administration.
Foreigners
❖ When you arrive, fill up the C Form. foreigners should register with a copy of your passport (send pdf format only) to the office.
❖ One should attend the morning/evening meditation and Satsangh.
❖ One should take bath and wear washed fresh clothes in the early morning when coming out of the room.
General
❖ Please ensure that all lights and fans are turned off before l eaving the room.
❖ In case the room key is missed, the guest needs to pay the replacement amount of Rs.250.
❖ Please leave the room clean and tidy, switching off all lights and closing all taps, doors, and windows
❖ Room key must be handed over to the office at the time of check out.
❖ Hence all should understand that they should not be disturbing other people by gossiping (by talking about politics, personal
problems, etc) inside our ashram, as it could cause unpleasant feelings for another Yatris.
❖ ShramaDhan : Yatris are welcome to volunteer to do seva.
❖ VISITORS: are not allowed in the room of the guest.
PAYMENT for ACCOMMODATION
Contributions are necessary to meet out the recurring expenses. Therefore, the guests can donate to the trust. A minimum donation will be suggested
according to the nature of the stay. If at all there is excess, then it will be utilized for the purpose of the charitable activities of the trust. More over all guests
are requested to donate to the charitable activities like educational and social upliftment activities.
ADVANCE BOOKING is not mandatory but guest can ensure the availability of the room by requesting for advance booking, if one prefers.
Cancellation Policy: Free until pervious day of 12 am of the booking date. After this, no refund. Kindly contact office for details. (example: booked for
25.12.2023, no refund after 12am of 24.12.2023).
Ashram has all rights to cancel the stay because of unforeseen reasons.
