 Tahapan Proses Pembuatan
WWTP
1. Menetapkan tujuan dari WWTP → Kapasitas limbah per hari, sistem
pengolahan yang dipilih (kimia, biologi, atau fisika)

2. Assessment terbagi beberapa tahap :

Tahap 1 → Survei lokasi, menyelidiki proses yang sedang berjalan,
meminta data analisa limbah keluaran yang dihasilkan pabrik,
meminta dana analisa limbah keluaran dengan sistem IPAL yang ada
Tahap 2 → Menghitung, mengukur, dan menganalisa setiap parameter
baku mutu untuk setiap proses
Tahap 3 → Setelah proses perbaikan dan commissioning selesai, akan
dilakukan pengambilan data lagi yaitu analisa baku mutu input-ouput
setiap bagian IPAL
