MyMastercam User Setup

Someone on my team cannot register.
• Admin at your Reseller will need to set them up.
• Please contact your Territory Manager for support on this if needed.

I have lost my username and/or password.

• Follow this link and click the “forgot username” or “forgot password” and you will receive an email
communication on the next steps.

How do I upload my photo on my account/avatar?

• Log in to my.mastercam.com, click on “My
Account” at the top right of the window. Your Profile
should be at the top of the screen.
• Scroll down to “Forum/Knowledge Base Avatar”
section (see below) and select “Choose file.”
• Allowable image formats are GIF, JPG, and PNG.
Note that images will be resized to 80 pixels by 80
pixels static PNG files.
• Click “Upload.”
• Refresh your page and the image should populate.

Where are the download materials?
• Resources needed to follow along with the Mastercamps are located on the homepage under the
“Resource” headline.

Can I make the video full screen?

• Yes, please select the expand button at the far right of the video player (see below).

 Can I pop out the chat?
• Yes, select the red pop out button to the right of the “Live Chat” text to expand.

Technical Questions
For optimal viewing of the videos, please ensure the settings on the video player are at 1080P (see below) and that you
have a high-speed internet connection.

My video is not playing.

• For playback and buffering issues, please visit the Vimeo Help Center.

I cannot hear anything.

• Ensure your system has the correct outlet for sound.
• Make sure you have selected “unmute” on the video.
• Confirm that the volume of the video is turned up.
• If the problem continues, please visit the Vimeo Help Center.

The chat is not working.

• Please refresh your browser and log back into my.mastercam.com
