Follow the instructions below to complete a prerecorded interview in Yello Enterprise:
First things first, you should confirm your Internet browser is up to date. We recommend
using Google Chrome, which you can download in a few quick steps.
To check if Chrome is up to date, open the browser and click the Chrome Menu
button in the top-right corner of the platform. Next, click Settings in the drop-
down menu.
To do so, find the email entitled something along the lines of “Video Interview Invitation.”
Click Invite Link to access the candidate portal in the body of the email.
After clicking on the Invite link, you’ll be redirected to the candidate portal. Here, you can
review your Event Schedule, Interviews and Applications in the system.
When you’re ready to begin the video interview, click Candidate video interview link.
Please Note: Before you enter the video room, make sure your Wi-Fi is running smoothly.
Click the Wi-Fi button in either the top-right corner of your screen (Apple Mac computers)
or the bottom-right (Windows PCs) to check connection strength. An Ethernet cable will
also provide the proper bandwidth to record successfully.

Then, click the orange Get Started Now button back in the prerecorded interview room.
This action will redirect you to the first prerecorded interview question.
Click the Play icon in the middle of the video screen to view the first prerecorded
interview question. Listen to the question in its entirety and click Record Response in the
bottom-right corner of the video player.
Please Note: Once you move past a question, your recorded answer for that interview
question is finalized.
Instead of manually doing this yourself in your System Preferences, we made life a little
bit easier on your end. Just click Allow to proceed.
QUESTION 2: Why can’t I review my answers? What happens if I get a message that
says, Error Loading Media: File could not be played?
QUESTION 3: What else can I do to ensure the smoothest user experience possible?
ANSWER 3: Here are a few best practices to optimize your recorded video responses:
If you have the time, it’s best to make sure your hardware and software are both up to
date and functioning properly. These little things can make a big difference in how your
video responses turn out!
Answer 4: No. While it’s not technically necessary to progress to the next question, we
strongly recommend you review your answer before moving on. You have 3 tries after
all, so you may as well take your time and ensure your responses are well polished!
Answer 5: You can use other Web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox.
However, if you do opt to use Internet Explorer, you’ll have to download a plugin when
prompted.
Answer 6: No, you cannot. To successfully record and submit your prerecorded video
answers, you have to use a personal computer or laptop.
