Main Sequence of operation:

Start:
To Start the Fan press the FAN button.
Pressing the FAN button will result in:

1. The Electric Damper opens

After a 45 second delay:

1. Exhaust Fan Starts. (Interlock with melink)
2. UV Lamps On.
Auto and remote start will not be configured.

Wash starts:
To Start the Fan(s) press the Wash button.
Pressing the Wash button will result in:

1. Close the Electric Damper opens

2. Exhaust Fan stop. (Interlock with melink)
3. UV Lamps OFF.

After a 45 second delay:

1. Wash starts. (Valves opened)

A. The controller will control 2 wash cycles and 1 delay in between for the HOOD. The
length of each wash cycle can be set from 1 to 9 minutes. The delay between wash
sequences can be set from 1 to 9 minutes. The delay is designed to allow time for
the Hot Water to reheat if necessary. The Fan cannot be restarted until the entire
wash cycle has completed, or the wash cycle has been canceled. To Stop the Wash
before the wash cycle has completed, press the CANCEL button.

B. The controller will control 2 wash cycles, 2 delays in between and 1 rinse at the end
For ESP. This is designed to Wash the ESP cells with Hot Water and Detergent,
allow to soak, then wash again, allow to soak, then Rinse with Hot Water only. The
length of each wash and rinse cycle can be set from 1 to 9 minutes. The delay
 between wash sequences can be set from 1 to 9 minutes. The Fan cannot be
restarted until the entire wash cycle has completed, or the wash cycle has been
canceled. To Stop the Wash before the wash cycle has completed, press the
CANCEL button.

C. Low detergent alarm will stop the wash cycle.
