1. Log in Supplier Management Portal: https://slm-portal.infineon.com

2. Click on your log-in profile  My Account

3. Click on the three dots and open eQuestionnaires

4. Within the tab “eQuestionnaire” you can find all relevant
questionnaires ever triggered in history. Please click the
questionnaire name to open it and fill in your answers.

5. Please fill in all relevant information (mandatory fields are marked

with a red underline). If you’ve updated the questionnaire previously
after your first registration, your current information will be available.
It’s also possible to select your previous answer(s) for the
questionnaire.

Publish to submit your

answers to Infineon

Previous answers

To finalize the questionnaire please click on “publish” in the upper

left area. Your contact person at Infineon will be informed
automatically about your questionnaire submission.
Besides the mandatory questionnaires, please ensure that your
general company data are up to date as well.

1. If not done yet – please update the tab “manufacturing site” (those
relevant for Infineon). New manufacturing sites can be added by
the “New” button, existing ones can be updated by clicking on the
manufacturing sites name.
