1. Introduction

iAccess.infineon.com is a remote access VPN service provided by Infineon. iAccess


provides full network VPN access on an Infineon Standard Client and restricted web
based access for external private PCs, kiosks and hotel clients with the same user
credentials. iAccess is platform-independent, hence supports all OS browser platforms
(Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc).

Note: The Microsoft Edge browser is currently not supported!

This service is available from eight access points across the globe i.e. Tokyo, Wuxi,
Seoul, Singapore, Bangalore, Munich, Milpitas and Tewksbury to provide the end-user
better performance and instant connectivity.

2. Access via Browser

2.1. Logon

Type the URL https://iaccess.infineon.com into your browsers address field to connect
to iAccess.

The system will perform a security check on your client before prompting for
authentication as shown in picture 1 below. If the site is accessed the first time, all
required plug-ins are installed automatically (Note: if you are prompted for a plug-in
installation, kindly accept it).

Enter your Windows account (domain\username) and your password and click on
‘Logon’ as shown the picture 1 below.

2.2. Second Factor Authentication

Enter your OneTimePassword (OTP) serial numbers from your token you got from
Infineon.

2.3. iAccess WebTop (start page in iAccess)


With successful logon you will be presented with a WebTop of iAccess, where you can
see the WebTop links where your account is mapped to it as shown in the example
picture.

Note: To avoid any problems always logout from iAccess with the “Logout”
button in the right upper corner of your WebTop.
