PIPASSPORT APP: It is exclusively designed for In-house members of the Organization (Single User Edition) and
which can be further used as Enterprise edition (by Paid Service).The basic feature of the App was to develop a
Social Media Collaboration Suite using Smarter Mail APIs which includes the functionalities like Email, Chat,
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, User Reports, Email Retrieval, Shared Resources, Team Workspace for Enterprise
Users with more Storage Capacity (Paid Service).

The Project has three layers:

 The top layer is the Mobile Application-Developing Front End Mobile App using respective Native
technologies.
 The middle layer is the intermediate layer – which offers Single Sign On feature for all applications-
Backend Gateway for Single Sign On-Restful API.
 The bottom layer has many different servers such as Smarter Mail Server which has both Mail Server
(REST API Calls) and Chat Server (XMPP based Calls),3 rd Party Applications such as Google maps and Paytm
for Location details and Payment Module respectively.

The communication between the Front end and backend servers is done through RESTful APIs.

 Analyzing and understanding the project flow according to the Smarter Mail API Documentation
and SRS provided.
 Checking the POST/GET calls in Rest API Client/Postman API tool for processing the data to be
used in android app development.
 Setting up the platform for Android App Development.
 Developed the Model Class (with Singleton design pattern) and Controller for each module.
 Integration of the View Controller with Model class and testing the app for fullfledged

KYROS MIFARE APP: It is NFC based android project. And the main objective of this project was to read, write and
save the user information into a card issued by TDP party. As the card was a NFC card, the card was inter-operable
by our app installed in FAMOCO Device for updating the user information. It was used by Kyros Software
Development Team while Personalization/Printing of TDP Party membership card (issued by ANDHRA PRADESH
Government).

eCHOUPAL APP: It is a MOLE (Govt. of India) project. And the main objective of this project is the Users who
requires Skilled / Semi –Skilled / Unskilled Labors for their needs will login to this Mobile App and search for the
required skill set.  

KYC APP-Exclusively designed for Banks. KYC is a process by which banks obtain information about the identity and
address of the customers.

GOLD ESTIMATION APP: Exclusively designed for estimation of gold which can be used at various Jeweler stores in
order to save customers precious time just by a click away. The App is designed to estimate the gold value by
retrieving the updated values of gold, wastage charges, making charges, stone charges etc. from the database (SQL
server).

MICROME: It is a SmartPlug which when connected to electric switch board can control appliances remotely.
i.e.You can instantly change your physical devices to smart devices.

Consoles and TVs Smart Ceiling Fans, Analyze power usage of appliances.

MEDICALL: This device is helpful for Patients to call doctor, nurse, attendant, food and medicines. This will be
helpful for Hospital managements to know the patients’ needs correctly and manage.
i.e., Patient can call doctor/nurse/food/medicine just by tapping a button.

KCOS-EMV: KCOS_JAVA is a project of JAVA for small payment-based applications such as e-purse, wallet etc..,
and card specific applications.

 Going through the training sessions for payment card usability.
 Going through the docs of Payment Applications standards such as EMV, EMV-CPS, VISA, Master Chip,

 Researching and Reverse engineering on Credit and Debit cards to find out the filesystem used in
Payment Applications.
 Understanding of Payment Card terminologies such as Generate AC/PDOL/CDOL/DDA/SDA etc.,

 Coding of applet in smart cards for payment applications such as e-purse (credit/debit etc.,), Wallet etc.

KCOS: The Main objective of this project is to develop SCOSTA application for the smart card microcontroller
chips allowing users to access 4K/16K/32K/ 64K/72K memory. The application is in compliance with all ISO-7816
specifications and to ensure data is stored and retrieved in a secured way by using various security mechanisms
such as pin verification, external authentication using TDES. The Smart Card was used in Transport (DL-RC),
Financial Inclusion (Micro Finance) and Health (RSBY) sectors.

KCOS_CL (RF Based): The Main objective of this project is to develop ICAO compliant ePassport on chip
which allows secure reading of the citizen’s information at the international transit points. The major feature of
the card ensures data to be stored and retrieved in a secured way by using secure messaging and security
mechanisms such as pin verification, external authentication using TDES. This project offers standard algorithms
such as Secure Messaging for more data integrity and T-DES suitable for all DSA functions such as internal &
external authentication. The Smart Card was used in Transport (DL-RC), Financial Inclusion (Micro Finance) and
Health (RSBY) sectors.

KCOS FLASH: The Main objective of this project is to develop SCOSTA/SCOSTA-CL application it can be used for
small applications, code re-usability and cost-effective feature. The Smart card was used in Loyalty Applications.

KCOS-SECURE FLASH: Unlike Rom Mask smart cards, secure flash is a flash based smart card project which
is used for its security, code re-usability and cost-effective feature. The Smart card was used in Loyalty
Applications.

KCOS-SMARTMEM: The Main objective of this project is to write, save and retrieve the data in the card for
loyalty applications. This application allows users to access 4K, 16K,32K & 64K memory through offset, with pin
verification for writing the data into the card. This is Non-Scosta card & it is a proprietary of Kyros and it is used in
various fields such as Fishermen ID card, eRecharge card and as Loyalty cards etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Planning & Requirement Analysis:

 Follow-up with vendor for latest smart card controllers.


 Kickoff meeting with semiconductor device vendors for chips security, integrity and usability.
 Attending training session given by the semiconductor device vendors for Chip Architecture,
Memory Model, Emulator functionality and Configuring SDK.
 Going through the chip docs for Chip Architecture, Memory Model and Emulator functionality.
 Planning the Milestones (Development Plan/Test Plan/Risk n Mitigation Plan/Contingency Plan).

 Designing:

 Designing and Analyzing the project flow according to the SRS provided.
 Documentation of the complete Project Development Cycle.
 Documentation of whole project as per ISO Certification.

 Implementation & Development:

 Installing SDK/Emulator development tools and configuring the IDE according to the latest
version of chip manufacturer.

KETOKEN: This is Smart Card based loyalty application that helps to issue the Smart Card for the different
members with their corresponding roles in a market. On any transaction at the merchant’s place points are
updated at the server using the handheld EMV Terminal through the Network Authentication Card (NAC), while
the Member’s smart card is immediately updated about the transaction. The transaction is as well stored and
updated in the SQL Server through NAC.

KCOS-GSM: GSM -OS is a comprehensive operating system, developed at Kyros Soft Tech, which is based on ISO
/ IEC 7816 standards, GSM.11.11/14 and PKCS standards. Application standard (ME-SIM interface) for micro
controller S3CC9P9, 16 bit RISC based Architecture the following are the modules of GSM-OS.
AMR: AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) Controller is designed for Secure Meters. AMR integrated with GSM
Module is interfaced through serial communication (RS-232) with the secure meters for downloading the meter
parameters including the meter-tampered parameters. The GSM Modem is designed for downloading the meter

communication. And the Wireless communication is developed by dialing the Host Modem at Meter side with PC
side Modem through Hyper Terminal and as the link is developed the meter sends some protocol to the Modem
and accordingly meter parameters are downloaded through PC side Modem.
