We Need:
Milk (1 cups)

Steps and Observations: After each step make some observations about what changes you see
happen to our materials. Do you notice any physical or chemical changes?
Step Observations
Pour one cup of milk into a bowl
and heat in a microwave for one
and a half minutes.
Mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar
into the hot milk. Stir for one
minute.

Strain the milk using a strainer,


push on the clumps to remove
liquid.
Place materials onto paper
towels and squish out any liquid
left.
Knead the material and add food
colouring.

Shape the plastic however you


want.

Let it dry for two days.
