Two weeks ago, I had a short holiday in Cluj at one of my good friends.

I arrived in Cluj on Friday at 10

PM after an around 6.5 hours trip by car from Bucharest. I used a carpooling app to travel and the driver
left me (dropped me off) at the address, which was nice.

Most of the time we had indoor activities, such as watching TV Series, playing boardgames with his
friends, playing videogames on PS5 and discuss different topics about economics, history and
businesses.

Even though we spent a lot of time in house, on Sunday night we took a walk-through city center and
stopped at an interesting pub with a communist vibe and name, called „Soviet” but with a huge variety
of cocktails and drinks. In the same night we started looking for food and we found one of the best
dishes I’ve ever eaten. It was called „Piadina” and is an Italian dish, like a sandwich, but with a delicious
home bread, meat and fresh vegetables.

Another nice experience was in the next day when we went to Christmas Market where we enjoyed of
Christmas lights and cup of a hot (mulled) spiced wine. After that we went to eat in a traditional
Romanian restaurant and we ordered a plateau for 2 persons with grilled chicken breast & pork neck,
minced meat rolls, wedges potatoes, salad and sauces which was absolutely good.

After some days and 2 days working from Cluj I got back home to Bucharest on the next Friday after an
entirely week of rest and relax with my batteries charged.
