    TRAVELOGUE ON BUCHAREST

    ‘My experience in Bucharest’-

    On 24th may we had our flight to Istanbul (situated in turkey) at 6:30 am and then to
    Bucharest from 12:55 noon. It took 6 hours from Delhi to Istanbul and 1 and a half hour from
    Istanbul to Bucharest. We were planning for this trip since last 1 month and I was so excited
    for it. As soon as we reached their one of my father’s friend came to receive us. It was
    almost 3:50 when we reached our hotel. We were staying in Hotel Otopeni which was right
    next to a waterpark. We decided to rest for some time as we were too much tired after such
    a long journey. At 6:30, we went out for dinner (it was too early for me but its ok). We had
    Zacusca (or vegetable dips) , Mamaliguta which are corns with layers of cheese and cream(to
    heavy),Cascaval pane ,strawberry milkshake for me and my parents. Then we came back and
    decided to call it a day. The next day, we woke up at 6:00, got ready and headed downward
    for breakfast. We had toast, fruit salad, cornflakes and juice. My father’s friend came there
    and took us to many places like Palatul CEG, Palatul Cantacuzino, Romanian athenaeum and
    Cismigue garden. After visiting the first two places (mentioned above) we decided to have
    our lunch. We had veggie pizza and some mixed fruit juice. After visiting all the places we
    headed back to the hotel and rested. (We had our dinner before coming back to hotel). The
    next day, we visited the water park next to our hotel. We had too much fun. We enjoyed
    water slides, played in the pool and had really much fun. On the next day, we went for
    shopping (I had been waiting for this time for so long). We bought many things like dresses,
    accessories and many more things. We had visited to a very beautiful bookstore named
    Carturesti Carusel. But it was time for us to leave such a beautiful destination. We checked
    out from the hotel two hour prior as we had to buy gifts and chocolates for our relatives. We
    bought everything and headed towards our flight. I now also miss the beautiful places that
    we had visited in Bucharest!!!!!!!!
