Thesis:

Blue light is a recent issue in our world that has been continuously rising due to the more, and
continued use of electronic devices that have screens which produce it. Blue light causes
straining in our eyes and increases the risk of disease, as well as damage to our brain by
changing our sleeping patterns and habits. To help reduce these issues we already can, and
need to continue to change the way we live our lives and reduce the amount of blue light we
take in.

Paragraph one:
I will talk about the effects blue light has on our eyes including
- How the light physically strains our eyes
- How blue light exposure can increase the risk of macular degeneration
- And finally why the light does that over any other kind of light, what about blue light
specifically causes this

Paragraph two:
I will talk about the effects blue light has on our brain physically and mentally
- What parts of the brain are affected by blue light
- How blue light deters certain functions of our brain
- And finally negative side effects on our body as a result of our brain being damaged

Paragraph three:
I will talk about it ways of preventing / slowing these effects
- How blue light lenses help reduce the effects
- And how effective this solution is at stopping the effects of blue light
