Based on the minimum QS of the position to


be filled, the HRMPSB shall determine the
baseline level for computing the points for
ETE .
Step 2

HRMPSB shall compute for the increments of


the applicant's actual qualifications based on
the submitted documentary requirements.

PBET/LET/LEPT - 10 POINTS

Computation for PBET/LET/LEPT are as follows:


PBET/LET/LEPT - 10 POINTS

The formula shall likewise apply to SHS


applicants who may not have passed the
PBET/LET/LEPT but may be appointed under
provisional status; provided the appliant
submist a Certificate of Rating.

There are 9 PPST-based objectives in the RSP:

1. Designate sub-committee members who:

HOW MANY OBSERVATIONS ARE
RECOMMENDED PER DAY?

If there are multiple observations


within a day, it is recommended
that an observer undertakes
no more than three (3)
observations per day.
