Part 2 Summary
The Thanksgiving feast led the author to wonder whether an overindulged binge during the
gala time still makes us happy when food is no longer in short supply. The author concluded
that, in the short run, it is true, particularly doing it together with the people loved. 

In the long term, for the positive one, people get pleasant memories from big meals; for the
negative one, it is might be affected living well-being that the weight main from the holiday-
seasons feast. For this one, first, being overweight may have little effect on well-being. Sec-
ond, too worried about weight gain to cut back and correct ourselves in a moderate way. So
with all that, the author saw a need to keep balance in life and gave some suggestions for en-
joying the Thanksgiving feast within a proper range.

To begin, go back to normal eating after a feast. Then, remembering the atmosphere and the
company is the real reason that people feel happy in the celebrated binge. Last, It is helpful
that be relaxed for overeating on Thanksgiving.
