1.0 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

In this section, the proposed business will be introduced as kigen’s Beaker supplier, situated
in Nakuru CBD, specializing in the sole of beaker.

2.0 MARKETING PLAN

kigen’s Beaker supplier will operate in a strategic location with a target market that will
influence its growth and distribution. Expensive research has identified that towns
demographic and location at the primary customers base customer will be classified as
irregular small scale, individuals, community group potential customers and institution
including secondary and primary school, colleges and hospitals.

3.0 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

This chapter outline the management structure of the business including the responsibilities
of the manager, supervisor, accountant, transport manager, driver and security officer.
Recruitment employees, training and promotion and remuneration and incentive program are
discussed along with the business loyally.

4.0 PRODUCTION/ OPERATION PLAN

The production and operation plan are compare the business layout production strategies,
design and development and monthly materials requirement regulatory standards and
guidelines for business operation are also included in this chapter.

5.0 FINANCIAL PLAN

This chapter detail the financial operation plan, including pre-operational cost, working
capital and the source of funding while the business owner is unable to raise the capital
independently, a request for contribution will be made from the bank (Ksh. 500,000),
personal savings Ksh. 200,000 and relatives and friends Ksh 300,000.
