Materials: Teacher-Made Test questionnaire

III. Procedure

A. Motivation/Drill/Review

Explain to the students that they will be answering their Summative Test 1 for Furth Quarter.

B. Vocabulary Development/Unlocking of Difficulties

C. Lesson Proper/Presentation of the Lesson

1. Review rules and procedures for test taking.

2. Check to make sure students understood the instructions.
3. Remind the students about the proper behavior while taking the test.
4. Administer the Summative test.
5. Let the students answer the test within the allotted time.
8. Check the answer sheets.

D. Evaluation
The scores of the students in the Summative Test will be the evaluation for the day.
